In Monrovia, Ellen Margrethe L酶j, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Chief of the United Nations Mission in Liberia, and Liberian President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, the first elected women head of State in Africa, participate in the launch of the "16 Days of Activism" campaign to strengthen women's rights and stop gender-based violence.
